what's his recipe?

Sweet, dense, vanilla-y, sugary Belgian waffles and crepes cooked and served in 3 minutes flat. Just like the ones sold on the streets of Brussels.

his inspiration?

Happy, smiling, waffle-eating peeps. And his life’s belief that food makes people happy.

his latest adventure?

Swimming with sharks. Not really. But he would if he could get away with it. Until then, he’s content to limit his adventures to bringing endless “yums,” “ohs,” “ahs,” and “yeses” to a waffle-eating public.

where can you find him?

On the northwest aisle of the market next to Flavors of India. Creating Liège-style waffles, sweet and savory crêpes, salads and espresso pretty much every day.
