Meet Don.
He’s a hardworking, personable restaurant junkie who, with wife Carolyn, oversees five kids, three North Market stands, two restaurants and one catering business, all dedicated to offering authentic Italian food worthy of praise.
What’s their recipe?
Good Italian food without the fuss. And a garlic butter to swoon over.
Their inspiration?
Chef Rocco Valentino and loyal customers like “Tiramisu Guy.”
Their latest adventure?
Giving Pastaria a facelift.
Where can you find them?
Directly across from one of their other North Market stalls, Pastaria Seconda, and beside Flavors of India. Offering 20 different homemade sauces and lasagna, plus chicken and eggplant parm every day.
