Nida's Sushi
Meet Nida.
She’s matched in bubbly enthusiasm by her non-stop, hard work ethic and limited only by one measly thing: the 24-hour day.
What’s her recipe?
Make food taste good. And make good food tasty. It’s apparently a recipe that works, as evidenced by her loyal Pad Thai following.
Her inspiration?
Her native Thailand, a love of cooking, fresh ingredients and her own palate.
Her latest adventure?
Launching her first full-service Thai and sushi restaurant, Nida’s Thai on High, in the Short North.
Where can you find her?
Across from Sarefino’s and just a step away from her other booth, Best of the Wurst. Rolling sushi, dishing up Pad Thai and putting out pocky (Asian candy) every day except Monday.
