Meet Molly & Hubert.

They’re two go-getting, good-humored and gregarious friends, who spent the past 10 years working side-by-side at North Market Poultry and Game before making the leap over the wall to start their Polish eatery and grocery."

What’s their recipe?
Authentic family recipes, high-quality ingredients, and a touch of mystery for sauerkraut- and beet-shy customers who invariably fall in love with every bite.

Their inspiration?
An appreciation for all things North Market (especially customers); brothers and co-owners, John and Piotrek; and the memory of Hubert’s beautiful daughter Hania.

Their latest adventure?
For singer/songwriter Molly, it’s recording her first CD. For Hubert, corralling two pure-bred German Shepherd puppies. For John, putting the finishing touches on a built-from-scratch log cabin. And for Piotrek, it depends on the season: cheering on the Columbus Crew, dabbling as an arborist or fishing cool waters near and far. And now that the team has their stand up an running they have added authentic Polish desserts available on weekends only.

Where can you find them?
Adjacent to North Market Poultry and Game on the northeast corner of the Market, cooking up homemade Polish specialties like goulash, stroganoff, kielbasa, pierogi and golpnka for dine in or take home.
