Meet Nida.

She’s a petite, terrificly dressed dynamo who works non-stop to bring customers the hands-down best darn dog in the city.

What’s her recipe?
It’s simple: Always make the food you’d want if you were a customer. That and irresistible all-beef hot dogs that literally burst with juicy flavor.

Her inspiration?
Hubby Chris Perry and her ever-present team of hardworking employees.

Her latest adventure?
Taking her native Thai cooking and well-honed sushi skills to the Short North with the opening of her first freestanding restaurant, Nida’s Thai on High.

Where can you find her?
Just through the northwest doors of the Market directly behind Curds & Whey and underneath the blue neon sausage sign. Stacking meats, pressing paninis and serving up hot dogs every day but Monday.
