The North Market will host its annual childrens’ Halloween party and trick-or-treat bonanza on Sunday, October 25 from 12-3PM.”The North Market Halloween Party has been a great family tradition of ours for years now,” says David Wible, Executive Director of the North Market. “Our customers are like our extended Market family and what better place for kids to enjoy a safe trick-or-treating experience and some fun Halloween than the North Market?”

• Music with the Shazzbots, 1-3PM

Mike Kast is humorously referred to as “the Donald of the Market” by fellow merchants for his involvement with various businesses over the years (including North Market Wines, now known as Grapes of Mirth and Best of the Wurst). He’s remained the owner of the venture that brought him to the North Market, Curds and Whey, and has been proprietor there for 18 years since acquiring it from the original owner, Ed Malzone.
